How does the shopping cart system function?

Products can be marked without obligation by clicking the button [Add to Cart]. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the button [cart] and, if necessary, remove objects from the cart by clicking the button [Delete]. If you want to buy the products in your cart, click the button [Checkout].

Do I need to register?

After selecting the products you will be asked to enter your data. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. You can optionally create an account. If you should wish to make future orders, you can do so by submitting your user name and password without having to supply your adress again.

When will my order become binding?
On the order page you can review your input. By clicking the button [Confirm] you conclude the purchase transaction. The process can be disrupted any time by closing the browser window. You will see additional information on each side, e.g. of possibilities of correction.

How do I get the money back guarantee?
